Operating Under the Influence
Client was stopped around 1:30 a.m. by a Massachusetts State Trooper. Immediately the officer smelled alcohol coming from his breath. The client also had glassy and bloodshot eyes and was slurring his words. He was unsteady when he got out of the car. According to the officer, he failed two field sobriety tests.
