The state trooper used LIDAR and estimated the speed. The client appealed and was found not responsible by the clerk magistrate.
Client was stopped in the Ted Williams Tunnel for going 69 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. The Massachusetts State Trooper confirmed his speed with LIDAR and issued the client a $245 ticket. The client appealed his speeding ticket. He was found not responsible by the Assistant Clerk Magistrate.
Quincy District Court
Client, a young man with a few not responsible on his driver’s history, was stopped by a Massachusetts State Trooper for driving 85 in a 60. Client was given a $255 ticket. Client appealed and was found not responsible by the Clerk-Magistrate.
Concord District Court
Client was stopped after police used radar to determine the client was speeding at 52 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. The client was found not responsible by the Clerk-Magistrate.
Taunton District Court
Client a junior operator got a Massachusetts Speeding Ticket on his way to school. Client was cited for going 45 in a 35. If he was found responsible he faced a license suspension, fines, and a repeat road test. Quincy District Court
Speeding – Client was given a Massachusetts speeding ticket for driving 92 on Rte. 93 in a 60 mph zone. Client requested an appeal on the ticket to the clerk magistrate. Attorney Donovan argued the driver should be found not responsible and the clerk agreed. NOT RESPONSIBLE.

Speeding – Client was got a Massachusetts speeding ticket for going 45 in a 30. Client a resident of NY was cited while he was in Boston while he was here for medical care.
